Before settling in in New Zealand, as I mentioned here, I decided to take a little detour and do some travelling around Asia first. I figured, when else am I going to get a chance to take an extended journey without burning through my vacation days? First stop is a yoga teacher training in India….

It’s funny the things you see in your surroundings that can spark such an internal dialogue. Since that visit, I’ve been thinking a lot about the concept of rebirth and how life constantly presents us with the gift of reinventing ourselves over and over again. It is our challenge, or responsiblity rather, to see these as opportunities.

Being creative is starting to take on a more whole perspective. It is about functioning the best we can (physically, spiritually, emotionally and professionally), being self-aware and making smart choices to get the life we want. You don’t have to be an artist, per se, to be creative.
The goal, Chris says, is to have a streak of days that matter. To identify what gives you energy and what drains it. I want to live a life where most days matter.
Chase believes there is creativity inside all of us. His powerhouse of a lineup have used their creative genius as both fuel and as a compass in helping them recognize their passions and realize their dreams.

While sending others spinning off into great ventures, landing where you never thought you’d find them. You see, thats the thing about moments like these, you can’t, no matter how hard you try, control how they’re going to affect you. You’ve just got to let the colliding particles land where they may, and wait, until the next collision.”
